If you were headed into the Bangor Mall, know that you can't go in through its interior corridors, though Dick's Sporting Goods and JCPenney are open through their exterior entrances. Signs on the doors, dated 11/02, cite Chapter 223 of the city's laws and ordinances. City spokesperson David Warren cited unsafe electrical conditions, inoperable heating systems and a lack of working general-use restrooms.
