- ➤ About 75 gallons of heating oil spilled into the Kenduskeag Stream in downtown Bangor on Monday morning when a delivery truck hit a concrete abutment—prompting Clean Harbors to deploy a boom near Washington Street to keep the spill from reaching the Penobscot River. Bangor Daily News
