- ➤ Applications are open for Maine-based organizations to apply for funding from the Penobscot County Opioid Settlement Fund Grant to support programs fighting the opioid epidemic in Penobscot County — the grant offers up to $400,000 in tiered awards for one-year projects, with a deadline of November 15 and an informational webinar on October 8.
