- ➤ Maine's Black Bears beat North Carolina A&T 37-30 on Saturday with an 81-yard touchdown catch by Nick Laughlin and a strong 98-yard run by Sincere Baines. - ➤ UMaine unveiled $50M renovations to Alfond Arena on Saturday — adding larger locker rooms, a film room, updated player lounges and a better workout room — during a grand opening ceremony that featured ribbon cuttings and tours.
