- ➤ Maine Lobster Week will begin on Sunday with over 60 restaurants offering three-course meals or lobster specials to promote consumption and honor dedicated fishermen. A new Lobster Roll Remix event will take place on Thursday at Southern Maine Community College—with 10 restaurants offering international twists and four local businesses providing nationwide shipping options. - ➤ Saint Joseph’s College launched a free tuition program for eligible Maine residents under the Monk’s Lantern Initiative—covering full tuition for up to four years if students maintain a 3.4 GPA, full-time enrollment, campus residency, and a household income under $100,000.
