- ➤ State lawmakers pressed officials Tuesday about renewing Modivcare’s 10-year $750 million MaineCare transportation contract after the Colorado-based firm filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last month, amid reports of delays and poor treatment of riders. Modivcare’s CEO said there has been no disruption to services while two local providers are challenging the contract in court+ the statewide service remains on hold. Bangor Daily News
