Repairs have begun at Bangor Mall after ongoing maintenance issues led to city code violations while Namdar Realty Group was fined $1.8M in Pennsylvania—citations were issued for crumbling parking lots and broken infrastructure at another mall.

A hearing on Sept. 22 will address additional fines and legal matters as officials work to ensure safety.
