- ➤ Frankfort teen Deven Young, 17, was charged with one count of murder after Sunshine Stewart, 48, died from strangulation and blunt force trauma while paddleboarding at Crawford Pond in Union two weeks ago—he was arrested without incident on Wednesday and faced a judge in Rockland on July 18, with a status conference set for August 22 at 1 p.m. FOX Bangor
- ➤ Stephen Nason, 39, of Bangor was arrested Wednesday after he refused to leave the roof of a 14th Street house from 4:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m., and a district court judge set his bail at $5,000—he faces two federal charges for aggravated criminal mischief and criminal trespass. Bangor Daily News
