- ➤ The Three Rivers Kiwanis has scheduled its annual auction and yard sale for July 18 with an indoor sale from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.—an auction from 5 to 9 p.m. will follow and unsold items will be available on July 19 from 8 a.m. to noon while a food window opens at 4 p.m. on July 18. The bank also increased its community development lending by nearly $40 million—allocating $42 million to 16 affordable housing projects and supporting the Cedar Falls mobile home park purchase.
