- ➤ Over 70 high school students from nine schools attended UMaine Augusta's rural workforce medical bootcamp yesterday on Bangor campus, where they gained hands-on training in nursing, dental health, mental health & veterinary technology. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ State officials and law enforcement leaders, including Governor Mills (addressing cadets and family members), held the Maine Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Service outside the State Capitol in Augusta to honor 91 fallen officers while reading Officer Perley Kennie's name for inclusion on the memorial.
