- ➤ Residents across Maine helped fight hunger on Saturday—volunteers collected non-perishable food from porches and mailboxes across the state. In Bangor, locals picked up yellow donation bags and the food was later sorted at the Hampden Postal Service Distribution Center before being sent to local pantries. News Center Maine

- ➤ More than 800 students graduated from Husson University on May 10th, including 560 undergraduates. Gregory Powell—chair of the Harold Alfond Foundation and president of Dexter Enterprises—gave the keynote address while the Class of 2025 honored seven valedictorians with 4.0 GPAs and one salutatorian.
