- ➤ Judy Camuso will become the first woman to lead Maine Audubon as president after Andy Beahm retires on April 30. - ➤ City council approved renewing Wabanaki Public Health and Wellness's contract to safely dispose used syringes next year after the nonprofit collected nearly 8,000 needles between April 2025 and mid-March 2026, with funding up to $60,300 provided through opioid settlement dollars + support for proper disposal education.
