Bangor Police arrested 27-year-old Manoach Bizumuremyi and 28-year-old Muhoza Bizumuremyi for OUI after witnesses reported that their car nearly hit another vehicle and later pulled into a Broadway parking lot at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, and both admitted swapping drivers and having blood alcohol levels of 0.23% and 0.17% respectively—both are now held at Penobscot County Jail.

The Maine Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum will present 'Unplugged,' an all-acoustic live country music show on Sunday, April 13 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Irving Tanning Community Center in Hartland.
